Where do you deliver?

We deliver from Canandaigua to Rochester and from Lima up to Lake Ontario every Wednesdays! Sign up today to find out if you have a pickup location near you or if we can home deliver your products!

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, we charge a delivery fee for home delivery, to cover fuel and labor costs. If you choose to pickup at a nearby PICKUP LOCATION there is no fee!

Does the meat come frozen?

Yes, your meat will arrive frozen. It is important that you are there to receive your order or leave a cooler of adequate size with some ice packs in it.

Do you deliver all of the products, including milk, eggs and veggies?

Yes, we deliver all the products together! And remember if there is something that you need that you don't see in our store let us know and we may know a farmer to connect you with!

Do I pay ahead of time?

You may choose to have a card on file that will be charged once your order is weighed and packed or you may choose to pay at delivery. If you choose to pay at delivery you will receive an email and a text with your total and should plan to have a check or cash ready or arrange to pay using other arranged payment forms.

Can I switch from pickup to delivery?

We understand that life happens and will work with you to get your order. Logistically we need to know the day before deliveries so that we can create our routes, but just feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!

How do I know what time my delivery will arrive?

We do not have a set time assigned to the delivery areas but we do have set times for the pickup sites! We will do our best to text you when we are on the way to your home, but it is best to check in if you have certain time constraints or leave a cooler!
