Custom Whole Hog Deposit

Whole Hog, cut and packaged to your specifications. $4.75 per hanging carcass lb. includes cutting, vac sealing and smoking of bacon, hocks and hams. This $500 will be your deposit and we will then reach out to you to complete the cutting instruction sheet. Once the animal is processed we will confirm the final weight and arrange delivery or meeting. Typical wait time is 2-3 weeks when you choose to have product smoked.
